• More women in senior leadership roles

• More women with salaries that give them freedom and autonomy in life

• More women changing systems from the inside & lifting other women up

• The gender pay gap in tech is a thing of the past!!!

When we have more women at the top, systems change, customers win, the economy grows.  We have more autonomy, freedom and choice!

I've led companies to their first million dollars of revenue and worked in huge enterprises with $3B portfolios. I’ve shifted organisations to customer-first, product-led and outcome driven.

Companies like: Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, Qantas, Freely (a part of Zurich), Red Balloon Days and more.

In my career to date I’ve hired over 50  people into product and design roles.. 

But the flip side of that - is that I’ve interviewed 100s of people who didn’t get hired and seen so many overlooked for promotion opportunities. I know what skills will set you up to step up in your career.

I only have capacity for a small group, so I want to ensure we get the right people that I can add value to their career journey.

We’ll do this over 3  months, with 1-1 coaching online, peer accountability with a crew of like-minded women and proven playbooks to get you there. 

Stage 1: Understand: the first month will be understanding where you are in your career journey, your unique strengths, your values and your blind spots. It will be building self-awareness and setting goals that align to your values and your ambition that you’ll start acting on to elevate your career.. 

Stage 2: Personalise: we’ll create your personalised career growth plan. It might cover things like building your commercial skills, amping up your internal and external visibility to show your ready for the next role or working on how you communicate strategically a narrative that helps your business and you win. It’ll be all about shifting from being the best technical expert to the best leader in the room.

Stage 3: Elevate: we’ll ready you with the tools, tactics and game plan to elevate you to the next level of leadership.

Even with the fundamentals of moving from mid to senior leadership, we’re all different and this is not a one size fits approach. Its about you, your goals, strengths, gaps and values.

• One to one coaching sessions with me - 4 x 50 minute sessions

• Monthly intimate peer accountability calls and masterclasses 4 x 50 minute sessions

• Sydney ladies, we’ll have a session to connect in person to build community together
